Guided Meditation: Exploring the Inner Aliveness of the Body.

- Sensations in the body are perceived as neutral until the mind interprets and labels them as good or bad.

- Identification with sensations creates duality.

- Pain can be experienced without suffering, as awareness is not touched or affected by sensations.

- Playing with meditation in different ways such as eyes open or closed as a way to investigate how it changes the experience.

- "Zoning out" during meditation practice.

- The source of the longing for Truth.

- Giving up chasing external experiences and plesures to fulfill the conceptual self.

- The mind's seeking of experiences in order to strengthen and validate its conceptual self-image.

- 10 minute silent meditation.
