Canada Retreat: May 17th 2026 - Audio Only

- The idea of wanting to be there for somebody is a mind movement.

- In any given moment either you recognise yourself as the aware witness or not, in which case unconsciousness expresses through you.

- The mind wants to strategize and it wants techniques.

- True spirituality is being nobody: not trying to be a good somebody.

- The mind doesn’t want to give up being 'me'.

- If you recognise yourself as awareness, you’re not defined by any emotion or any thought.

- When an emotion arises, it’s not necessary to analyze or label it: just abide as 'I am'.

- Ultimately there’s nothing to do.

- You have to intentionally practice living in presence until practice is not necessary.

- The mind is so obsessed with itself that it projects that everyone else is obsessed about it too.

- Will meditating affect my sleep?

- The body doesn’t really understand what’s real or not, it just reacts to the mind.

- How to discern between different types of mind movements, such as memories and visions.

- When you practice tuning into a specific frequency, after a while you don’t need to bring a thought or image to access it, you can go straight to the frequency.

- Should I practice abstinence from sex?

- The body can confuse love and sex.

- Discerning what’s appropriate to share with others.

- You can enjoy material pleasures and also live in presence.

- How addictions are used as coping mechanisms.

- Does it matter if my partner isn't on the path of spirituality?

- The greatest teacher, stillness, is always here wherever you are.
