Guided Meditation: Pure Awareness Just Aware

- Remain present, just aware that thoughts are being witnessed.

- Who or what perceives thoughts that appear and disappear?

- When thoughts arise, they are often centered around a personal “I.”

- That which is aware is just here perceiving.

- The two levels of the personal “I” explained.

- Unprocessed energies and emotions must be consciously felt through.

- Take whatever pointings and practices work for you in the moment.

- Imagination can be used in an unhealthy way or in alignment with higher consciousness. - Being true and authentic.

- If you identify with the thought that people should be different than they are, you’ll suffer.

- It’s very important to take care of practical needs, physical health, and mental health.

- The luxury of self-enquiry and meditation.

- When you’re living in presence, you live authentically.

- The mind wants to keep you anchored in the past and the future.

- Why do I feel so tired during the retreat? I'm sleeping a lot.

- It’s not necessary to get rid of the little “I,” just see it for what it is. It's only a disturbance if it's identified with.

- Keeping meditation going after formal meditation.

- The mind is always looking for the next thing.
