- Something is always here, aware, that can report what comes and goes.

- It seems that we’re making choices, but if we really investigate, there is nobody doing there doing anything.

- Whatever needs to happen on an energetic level will happen all by itself.

- There’s no need to try to keep the heart open.

- Your natural true self is overlooked when trying to be something or be a certain way.

- If you give the body permission to be however it is, then you are not defined by the experiences happening in it.

- As you navigate external reality in the now, you can feel your inner knowing of what’s true. - There’s only now, and the question is always: Am I present here now?

- What you do when you’re triggered is determined by your level of consciousness in that moment.

- Being present in calm moments builds your capacity to remain present when the system is triggered.
