- Keep tending to the fire of truth: meditation, prayer and anything else that works for you. - Unconditional love is your nature: already and always here, totally impersonal.

- Practicing speaking while resting your attention as Awareness.

- Does Awareness have any borders?

- You are Spacious Awareness: Awareness is not a form, it is that in which all forms and phenomena appear.

- Stop taking ownership of the mind: Awareness does not have a mind, there are just thoughts appearing and disappearing.

- Practicing moving and walking while resting your attention as Awareness.
