Buddha Mode

 

Guided meditation: You are Beautiful.
- Permission for deep rest.
- Sleep as resistance to seeing and feeling the "Gigantic Turnip" that wants to be loved unconditionally.
- Entering Buddha Mode. My prayer: "I want to be more conscious, show me where I'm unconscious".  Loving all feelings and not being negatively affected by them.
- Meeting vulnerable energies when they arise and whilst they process.
- The paradox: I am not the body and I am also the body.
- Spacious Awareness is our most natural state. Consciously include sensations as they appear in the body.  Shaking is a very natural response of the body to release tension and stress.
- You're not defined by any experience that appears, you're not choosing them. So let them appear and let the body feel them.
- Causeless joy is our natural state of happiness.
- Shine your light as bright as you want. 
- Allow the system to purge itself of old beliefs and conditionings that no longer serve you.
