- A 5 step practice to navigate challenges and triggers.

- Who am I? Who or what is aware? Two simple questions to ask yourself to come back to the truth of who you are.

- Consistency with your practice is key: practicing being present when your system is not triggered will gradually make it easier to stay present when something in the system is activated.
