Surrender to the Intelligence of the Body

 

 

Guided Meditation: Feeling the body as you rest as Awareness.
- There's nothing to fix.
- It's not your job to make other people feel good. Just be your beautiful Self.
- Resting as Awareness facilitates the processing of trauma. The processing of trauma facilitates a greater sense of presence.
- If another nervous system that is regulated is not available then, in total surrender, Awareness will support the regulation of a nervous system.
