Guided Meditation: An infinite ocean of peace

- Causeless joy does not have a story: what is here when there is no story at all?

- lt is not your business or responsibility what other people are doing: your only responsibility is your connection with the divine.

- True freedom: letting go of trying to change anything.

- Full surrender: hand it over to the divine: total acceptance of what is.

- Mental understanding Vs direct experiential understanding of one’s true nature.

- There is no ‘l’ that owns thoughts and experiences, just Awareness, aware.

- Thoughts and experiences don’t cause suffering, identification with them does.

- Vigilance is required: the energetic pull of the conceptual self to lure you into identification even when you recognize your true nature.

- Dedication and consistency with your practice is key.

- Unconditional love: the greatest power in the universe.

- Trusting the intelligence of the body.

- Transmutation of past unprocessed energies happens as a side effect of abiding as Awareness.

- A shift in identity: you cannot lose Awareness, you ARE Awareness.

- Remembering and forgetting one’s true nature happens by itself.

- Stepping out of timelines: the conceptual self exists in the past and future, in this moment there are no problems.
