- Self-inquiry as a practice for recognizing one’s true nature.

- A 2 step inquiry: inclusion of form reality: Is the body separate from you, Awareness?

- How to relate to the experience of fogginess arising during meditation.

- The two sides of the conceptual self: wanting to be seen Vs wanting to hide.

- Radical honesty and authenticity.

- Judging as a mechanism of the conceptual self to experience a fabricated sense of superiority and the underlying sense of a lack of self worth.
