Guided Meditation: Remain unmoving, aware that perceiving is happening.

- Eye gazing: active Vs passive looking while resting the attention as Awareness and fully including the experience of the body.

- What is here now? Practicing resting as Awareness and including the experience of the body while speaking is happening.

- Deepening into the absolute: noticing how your attention is focused.

- The dream analogy: what is real is you, Consciousness, the perceiver of this dream.

- The mind seeks entertainment and knowledge.

- Somatic exploration: meeting the experience of this moment without any agenda.

- You are perfect as you are.

- Abiding as Awareness regardless of experience: this is where your peace lies.

- The surface of the ocean analogy.

- The imaginary ‘l’: keep inquiring until it is clear that there is no separate, individual 'I'.

- A shift in the focus of attention: Awareness is not separate from you, you ARE Awareness. - Thoughts, sensations and all appearances appear in you, Spacious Awareness.

- Can you find a beginning or an end to Awareness?

- Coming out of silence: an invitation to practice conscious relating and remain vigilant of habitual, unconscious egoic patterns.
