- Discernment: who is speaking now? Is it the conceptual self or the voice of truth?

- Owning the recognition of your true self and speaking from that place.

- Enjoying being seen and connection within the co-created field.

- How to deal with the experience of panic when it arises during silent meditation.

- Deepening into stillness: surrendering into the absolute.

- The practice of Embodied Awareness: Absorbed into the absolute while including the inner aliveness of the body.

- Somatic exploration: giving the body full permission to be exactly as it is.
