- There is no separation, no other, only one Consciousness, in different forms.

- The experience of loneliness Vs aloneness.

- The conceptual self can use relationships as a soothing mechanism to avoid discomfort. - A unified field of unconditional love with a shared intention to be present.

- Discernment and aligned action.

- Consciously allowing the experience of the body.

- There is no personal 'l' that is connecting with Awareness, you are Awareness.

- Trusting the natural intelligence of the body when it's processing and releasing.

- The deconstruction process: past unprocessed energies rise up to be processed and coping strategies fall away.

- Abide as the aware witness and healing will come as a side effect.

- Don’t engage with thoughts, open up to consciously feeling the experience of the body.

- You are here, present and effortlessly, just aware.
