Guided Meditation: What is aware of thoughts?

- The only thing that exists is this moment and this moment is always ok.

- Present without any story: instant freedom.

- The conceptual self's tendency to identify as a victim and enhance its own sense of self. - Don’t follow thoughts: notice them but don’t give them interest.

- Bringing a ‘yes’ to the ‘no’: how gently can you give the body permission to feel what it's feeling?

- Tears of a suffering conceptual 'me' Vs tears as a result of a natural releasing process.

- The different masks of the conceptual self: you are that which is aware.

- This moment appears as an experience and is just being perceived.

- Shame as a result of identification with a conceptual self.

- Whatever the experience of this moment, just stay present with it.

- Everything is appearing in you, Awareness, and nothing is separate from you, Awareness. - The awakened state

- Experiences are temporary, you, Awareness are always here.

- The mind’s seeking mechanism.

- All you need to do is to be aware of what the system is doing by itself.
