Off the Treadmill

 

 

Guided Meditation: Purely Perceiving: You already are.

- How to relate to old survival mechanisms and patterns running in the system.

- You are already perfect just as you are.

- Discernment: the intelligence of the body Vs resistance of the conceptual self.

- Gentle curiosity: Bringing consciousness to unconscious soothing mechanisms.

- A much more powerful and effective way of nourishment: aligned with higher consciousness.

- Movements of the conceptual self: ' l am better' and ' I am not good enough.'

- The shame that can be entangled with certain emotions or patterns held in the system.

- The process of inner transformation which happens as a side effect of living in presence.

- From wanting to fix other people to allowing everyone to follow their own path and consciously meeting what arises in your own inner experience.

- The conceptual self has extreme adversity to the present moment.

- Total freedom: Off the treadmill and into this moment, here and now.

- Nothing to do: You are the space in which all phaenomena arise.

- Trusting the intelligence of the body: allowing life to dance its dance.
