Re-Training the Focus of Attention

 

 

 

Guided Meditation: The spaciousness of being

- Discovering a felt sense of safety in the body through surrendering to the part that feels unsafe.

- Discerning between present inspired action and the mechanism that uses doing as a form of escapism.

- Discerning with vigilance and radical honesty between past energies that need to felt through to be released and intuitive wisdom birthed out of the present moment.

- Intuition: aligned and informed by the truth of who you are.

- Practicing surrendering into the unknown while feeling into the body: the way to strengthen trust of your intuition.

- Somatic exploration: opening up to a felt sense of fear

- Not having an agenda means you are allowing even an agenda or resistance to be here and deeply feeling it.

- "You deserve unconditional love, attention and connection just because you exist".

- Self enquiry: Without any achievements, experiences or personality, what remains?

- Connecting and aligning with the divine within, knowing ones worth.

- Letting go of the illusion of control: everything that comes and goes is not it, the "It" is what is already here.

- Resting as Awareness, watching everything else doing its dance.

- A test: put the teachings into practice during the holiday season with family meetings.
