- Personal and impersonal love: transcending the conceptual self and accessing universal love, your very nature.

- Somatic exploration: shining the light of Consciousness on the sensation of tightness.

- Giving up control, handing over ones life to divine intelligence: that is what surrender means.

- Stop feeding the mind's stories with your attention, remain deeply anchored in presence.

- Gratitude for everything: without the mind we wouldn't be able to awaken from the mind.

- Conscious dance: bringing meditation into movement.
